Although we are thankful for your online visit, we believe there is no substitute for encountering our community in person. We pray that you will join us for one of our worship gatherings or special events. This is God's house, and here there truly are no strangers; you are always welcome.

Our vision:
Redeemer Lutheran Church is a faith community gathered together in the power of the Holy Spirit, forgiven and renewed by the grace of God through Word and Sacrament. As a community journeying together in the way of Jesus, we seek to invite others to the journey of faith as we work together to encourage, equip and send out disciples of Jesus for God’s mission of love and mercy in our world.

At the center of our life together is Word and Sacrament, our encounter with the living Christ in our community's worship. Just as Jesus invited everyone he met to come to God's feast, we seek so to follow and to be a welcoming Gospel-community, sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with all.

Joining Redeemer...

We welcome all inquiries about membership at Redeemer. But membership isn't the main thing. As our vision statement says, we are a community primarily focused on "encouraging, equipping and sending out disciples." That's the Church's main objective.

From a Lutheran perspective, it's not so much about church membership as it is about baptismal living. Check out our Baptismal Life page for more information.

As disciples, we do seek to join together to share in the ministry of the Gospel, and so membership is an important category. Those seeking membership are welcome to join us for coffee and chat at our periodic New Member Coffees. Our next new member gathering, for all those interested in pursuing membership, will be held on Sunday, September 30th, 2007, from 6 to 8:30 PM. More information is available from the church office.
